Recently I was interviewed on Sky Business News about marketing real estate effectively online and last week I presented a brand new version of Social Media for Real Estate at Robert Bevan’s 21st Annual Best Practice Retreat in Melbourne.
Social Media and the internet has helped to Fast Forward my success more than I ever dreamt it would. It is such a powerful medium and if used the right way it can Fast Forward your success too.
Recently, there has been a Paradigm Shift within our industry and one of the things that I am starting to hear far too frequently is the phrase from Real Estate Trainers & Agents about ‘Going Back to the Basics’.
Can I just say that during last week’s event there was a ‘Back to the Basics’ session presented by 3 highly successful real estate agents… but it was interesting to see that basically everything they shared that was having the greatest impact on their business success was actually an innovative strategy.
And it confirmed my thoughts that...
"Going Back to the Basics is Going Backwards.”
